Erika is an associate at the firm. Passionate about brand protection, Erika’s practice focuses on brand enforcement, domestic and international trademark prosecution, and intellectual property litigation. Most notably, Erika has prosecuted infringement proceedings on behalf a famous Italian fashion brand, and nationwide enforcement efforts for a well-known American footwear company.
Prior to joining Keats Gatien, LLP, Erika practiced civil litigation and trust litigation in San Diego, California.
Erika received her B.A. and Master of Education from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to law school, Erika was a Teach for America corps member and teacher. Erika received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and secretary of the Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity Law Society.
